Witch Finger Breadsticks

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

Dough:

2 1/2 tsp rapid rise yeast

1 cup water

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp olive oil

A pinch of sugar

Other ingredients:

Cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Marinara sauce

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.

Mix the yeast, flour, and sugar in a medium mixing bowl.

Add the water and olive oil and mix until the dough is smooth.

Cover with a damp towel and let stand for 10 minutes.

Turn the dough onto a slightly floured surface and roll out until it’s a uniform thickness, rectangle shaped.

Cover the dough with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning.

Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are slightly browned.

Slice the cherry tomatoes into triangles.

Remove the breadsticks from the oven and allow them to slightly cool. Slice into long finger-like sticks. Place a tomato triangle on the end of each breadstick.

Serve with marinara sauce.
